This time I was running a little too fast and pushing myself to find my limits. Blew through a port with 3 static targets supposedly shooting 6 shots but on the last shot, my trigger finger froze momentarily. My mind has already sent instructions to my finger to fire 6 shots, reload and move to the next position so I was already moving to the next position when my finger paused and in a split second, it continued. that caused me to let the 6th shot off into the berm.
the RO called it an accidental discharge and DQed me which was faire. Here, checkout the video for yourself
Have you guys had your trigger freeze and then continue like that?
Problem was a slightly long extractor that bounced off the barrel/chamber causing it to lose it’s grip on the case occasionally. JPL fixed it and it runs well. Not a single snag.
checkout my latest match video here. Came in 6th overall in the Open division.
